Armie Hammer shares cryptic message about ‘things falling apart’ after scandal: It’s a ‘kind of healing’

Armie Hammer is focusing on “healing” after a sexual abuse scandal derailed his career.

The “Call Me by Your Name” star, who returned to Instagram last month, shared a lengthy quote Tuesday by nun Pema Chödrön discussing the idea of “letting go of everything” in an apparent nod to the aftermath of his controversy.

“Only to the extent that we expose ourselves over and over to annihilation can that which is indestructible be found in us,” begins the passage, which he posted to his Story.

“This is the spirit of true awakening. It was all about letting go of everything. Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing.”

The quote goes on to say “things don’t really get solved” and instead “come together and they fall apart” in a cycle.

‘The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”

Hammer’s post further explains that “room for not knowing is the most important thing of all.”

“We never know if we’re going to fall flat or sit up tall. When there’s a big disappointment, we don’t know if that’s the end of the story. It may just be the beginning of a great adventure,” the quote concludes.

The “Rebecca” star, 37, has been providing his 1.1 million Instagram followers with some life updates since relaunching his profile nearly three years after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct.

Los Angeles police launched an investigation into rape claims made by a woman named Effie but announced in May that Hammer would not face charges. He has vehemently denied the allegations.

On Nov. 1, the “Social Network” actor shared a clip of his laptop playing a movie while he rode a train. A few days later, he uploaded a selfie with friends on a beach.

“When the LA welcome committee demands you do a cold water plunge in the ocean right when you get off the plane…” he captioned the photo.

His girlfriend, dental hygienist Lisa Perejma, has not appeared in the few images he has shared.

Following his cancellation and family’s decision to cut him off, Hammer checked himself into rehab to treat his substance abuse issues with support from Robert Downey Jr.

In addition to helping him financially, the “Iron Man” star, 58, put up the “Death on the Nile” actor in one of his Los Angeles-area homes.

“He’s sober and has been spending a lot of time with good friends and with his kids,” a source told us at the time of Hammer’s two children, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers.
