Kate Middleton, Prince William have ‘moved on’ from Prince Harry, Meghan Markle drama: ‘They aren’t looking back’

Kate Middleton and Prince William are reportedly not looking to repair their strained relationship with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

“She’s moved on and William has too,” a friend of Middleton’s told People in a story published Wednesday.

“She’s very focused on what matters going forward. They aren’t looking back.”

Royal reporter Omid Scobie previously wrote in his book “Endgame” that there has been “almost zero direct communication, bar a few short pleasantries, between the pair since late 2019.”

Scobie added that for Middleton, there is “no going back” — she has no interest in repairing her relationships with her brother-in-law and Markle.

Another source close to the royal household further told People that Middleton is focusing her attention on her duties as a key player in the royal family. She is “taking things seriously,” the insider noted.

“She’s very much seen as a player at the center of Team Windsor,” former Buckingham Palace communications chief Simon Lewis said.

Middleton’s level of dedication and separation from Markle, 42, and Harry, 39, came after years of strife between the two couples.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 41, started struggling with their relationships with Harry and Meghan when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex famously quit the royal family and moved to California.

However, the relationship became even more strained after Markle and Harry sat down for a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021. The couple dropped several bombshells –– including the claim that someone from the royal family made racist remarks about their son Archie’s skin color.

Markle has not yet publicly revealed which royal member shared their alleged concerns, nor has she elaborated on any identities since, but in a Dutch translation of Scobie’s book, Kate and King Charles were named as the royals who allegedly took part in such conversations.

The “Suits” alum also claimed that Middleton made Markle cry over a bridesmaid dress after it was previously reported it was the other way around.

“I don’t say that to be disparaging to anyone,” Markle said at the time. “Because it was a really hard week of the wedding, and she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologized, and she brought me flowers and a note apologizing.”

Harry and Markle continued telling their story on their Netflix docuseries “Harry & Meghan,” which premiered in December 2022.

Just a month later, Harry released his highly anticipated memoir, “Spare.” In the book, Harry made several allegations about his family members –– including the claim that William physically attacked him.
