Chris Evans and wife Alba Baptista made their first public appearance together at Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost’s star-studded Christmas party Thursday night.
Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six show the “Captain America” star and his new bride arriving at the bash, which included celebrities such as Lorne Michaels, Jon Hamm, Sarah Silverman, Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria.
“They looked inseparable and he seemed to be a gentleman and very protective of her,” a spy tells us of the newlyweds.
“He quickly grabbed for her hand the second they left.”
Evans, 42, looked chic as he made his way into the Flatiron Room, wearing a brown overcoat over a pair of deep purple pants.
Baptista, 26, got into the holiday spirit with a red tea-length dress that she covered up with a navy blue overcoat and white scarf.
The couple held hands and had smiles glued to their faces as they went on to join some of his “Avengers” co-stars inside the soiree.
The “Pain Hustlers” star and Baptista secretly married in an at-home ceremony in Boston in early September surrounded by their closest friends and family.
The guest list included some of the actor’s Marvel co-stars, including Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner.

A source told us at the time that the nuptials were “locked down tight,” with phones being forfeited and NDAs being signed.
Evans confirmed their wedding a month later while flashing his new wedding ring.
“I got married,” he admitted at New York Comic Con as the crowd cheered. “It was really, really great.”
The “Gray Man” actor also confirmed Page Six’s exclusive report that he and the “Warrior Nun” alum had a second wedding ceremony in her home country of Portugal.
“We kind of had two ceremonies,” he shared. “We had one on the East Coast, we did one in Portugal — my wife’s Portuguese. But they were just … wonderful and beautiful. It’s a lot planning a wedding — for those of you who are married you know, it takes a lot out of you.”
News broke in November 2022 that Evans and Baptista had been dating secretly for “over a year” after they were spotted together in Central Park.
